I work a 12-step Program, have a sponsor, go to meetings and sponsor 2 people myself. It has saved my life and given me a quality to my life that I never had before. I treat people better, and I know how to set healthy boundaries in all areas of my life. I cant say enough about how much the twelve steps have worked for me. I don't push them on anyone else (though there are a lot of men in the Industry that are suffering through addiction).
I live my life, and I hope that people will see that if a hopeless dope fiend like me can find hope and get his life back in order… so can they.
The Industry can be fragmenting and there is, like in every entertainment facet, a lot of drug and alcohol abuse. I had a boyfriend named Troy Michaels who was a porn star. In February 2002, we went and did a Live and Raw internet show for Channel 1 Releasing.
